Centralizing templates and streamlining workflow
Eliminating the number of loose PDFs sent to clients regarding marketing and product features, we create digital templates with direct links, centralizing document organization for improved efficiency.
Problem
Loose PDFs sent to clients about marketing and product features caused team disorganization, repetitive sending, and difficulty tracking important documents. With a small design team and limited bandwidth, this often led to backlogs.
Solution
We centralized product guides, price sheets, and sales collateral into a digital one-pager using Strapi, with direct links. The HTML template was designed to be easy-to-use for non-designers to update content while maintaining consistent branding.
Result
This streamlined document management, reduced repetitive tasks, and encouraged non-designers to maintain content updates, improving team efficiency and keeping the brand consistent across all materials.
Content audit
Conducted a content audit of current PDFs, we reviewed existing materials to identify key content for inclusion. THen assessed how to restructure and organize this content to fit seamlessly into the new template.
Focus on flexibility and adaptability
The strategy is to create a flexible template with mix-and-match blocks for varied one-pager layouts. With reusable building blocks on Strapi, developers can easily customize templates, streamlining workflows and reducing design workload for the marketing and sales teams.
Organizing templates for marketing and product collateral
We split the templates into two categories: marketing campaign assets and product collateral, ensuring clear organization and tailored content for each. Each category features distinct components and styles, catering to the specific needs of their respective audiences.
Marketing campaign template
The marketing document template uses solid color blocks and bold visuals to create an eye-catching layout, designed to capture attention and drive engagement while effectively promoting the brand.
Product template
The product template focuses on clear, informative content, tailored to the target audience to highlight key features and benefits effectively. Now we have standardized templates while also having flexibility in designed content blocks.
